The City of Brea contracted Civiltec in February of 2019 to replace approximately 26,000 linear feet of water mains located in the Pleasant Hills Tract, North Hills West, and East Tract neighborhoods. This project was identified in the City’s seven-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP).

The project has been split into two phases. The first phase will include the northern portion of the overall project consisting of the North Hills East and West Tracts. Phase 2, the southern portion, will include the Pleasant Hills and Steele Drive Tracts. Civiltec will complete the Phase 1 99% submittal to the City in the next couple weeks. Civiltec is also close to completing the 60% submittal to the City for Phase 2.

Senior Project Manager David Song leads the team’s analysis and design. He is supported by Survey Manager Chris Duncan, Associate Terry Kerger, Project Manager Greg Ripperger, Staff Engineer Gretel Ochoa-Nhac, Senior Designer Dan Busqué, and Planning Technician Sara Canché.
