At the August 20, 2013 meeting of the Anaheim City Council, a motion was made and approved to implement a General Service Agreement with Civiltec Engineering for as-needed professional consulting and engineering services.
As the most populated city in Orange County, Anaheim is also is the only municipally in the county to have their utilities governed locally by the city council. To ensure that every resident experiences the excellent, uninterrupted service they have come to expect, the Public Utilities Department is expanding their base of service providers and Civiltec is proud to be on the team.
The RFP from May of this year requested information from organizations with experience in the areas of water engineering, groundwater hydrology, environmental compliance, erosion engineering, structural engineering and hydraulic modeling.
“Given Civiltec’s background with precisely this type of work,” said David Byrum, Senior VP at Civiltec, “the Statement of Qualifications submitted in response to the RFP was a perfect fit. We look forward to working with the city and its council.”
