CUEMA

On March 30, Civiltec attended the California Utility Executive Management Association (CUEMA) Elected Officials Summit in Indian Wells, California. The event brought together water experts and leaders from across the state to network with colleagues and share information about pressing issues related to our state’s most precious natural resource. The Summit kicked off with and a networking reception and dinner on the evening of March 29, and continued the next morning with a series of speakers and panels. Conference highlights included perspectives on evolving water policy from Sacramento Bee journalist Dan Walters, and a keynote address from former US Senator Byron Dorgan.

The California Utility Executive Management Association is the premier non-profit organization for water utility professionals, their supporters and associates working in California. CUEMA provides a supportive, career-building network that bolsters productivity and strengthens leadership within its membership.
