On March 26, 2013, Civiltec Engineering, Inc. marked the completion of its twenty-seventh year providing excellent engineering services.
Founded in Pasadena by Richard Shroads, Civiltec started out with a focus on private development, subdivision design and federal design-build projects. Over the years, the company built up an amazing staff, and expanded its scope of services to include water engineering, environmental engineering and general municipal engineering.
When the Arizona office opened in 1993, Civiltec added transportation engineering, water and wastewater engineering, and surveying to its lists of offerings. The Phoenix management and staff are experts in flood plain management, surveying services, street improvements, water system analysis, storm drain systems, and much more.
1990, Civiltec has had its main office in Monrovia, California. During the 1990’s and 2000’s, we effectively grew from one office to three offices in two states. Our company headquarters is located in Monrovia, California, and houses all corporate functions of the firm.
