Civiltec’s Human Resources (HR) Generalist, Khandakar Shafiullah, earned his SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Certified Professional) certificate, establishing him as an expert and leader in the HR field.
“The SHRM-CP certification process allowed me to hone my experience and knowledge as an HR professional, and to demonstrate my competence,” said Shafiullah. “I’m confident this certificate will pay dividends as I continue to develop and grow with the Civiltec team.”
The four-hour certification exam assesses knowledge and understanding of factual information, as well as a candidate’s situational judgement and decision-making skills.
Shafiullah joined Civiltec in 2020 and has focused on employee training and development in addition to recruiting.
