Great Place to WorkⓇ is a global certification program focusing on company culture. In partnership with the program, Civiltec provided an anonymous engagement survey to all company employees. The certification weighed Civiltec employees’ answers against aggregate benchmark data and best practices from leading companies around the world.
89% of employees responded that Civiltec Engineering is a great place to work, compared to the national workforce average of 57%. Some notable statistics from the survey include the following:
- 97% say they are able to take time off from work when necessary
- 97% say they are proud to tell others they work at Civiltec
- 97% say that Civiltec’s customers view our services as excellent
- 95% say that Civiltec celebrates special events
When describing Civiltec Engineering in a Trust Index survey, the most commonly used words by employees included: Family, people, fun, love, team, balance, projects, everyone, patient, encouraged, respect, and fair.
