What drew you to working for Civiltec? What do you like best about working at Civiltec?
I really enjoy working for a smaller company where everyone has the opportunity to make large impacts. The empowerment smaller companies offer to all employees makes for an environment that fosters learning and growth.

What are some of your favorite types of projects to work on?
Anything that requires out of the box critical thinking and problem solving. I love challenging myself and coming up with solutions to problems. Drainage projects are my favorite because they are so unique. Every drainage project has different types of challenges that make them a lot of fun…for an engineer!

What does it mean to you to now be a partner at the firm?
I’m very thankful for the opportunity and am excited to help bolster the Civiltec family culture and make it an even better place to work. I’ve been with Civiltec for over 10 years and the experience has been wonderful. It feels great to enter a new partnership with talented people and I can’t wait to help shape the future of the company.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, playing soccer, mountain bike riding, fishing, and wakeboarding. I like to stay active!

Is there a particular hobby, interest, or skill you have that other employees might not know about?
A particular hobby, interest or skill I have is that I’m a tinkerer. I have a never ending list of house projects that I enjoy working on to keep me busy.
