David Byrum and Shem Hawes attended the City of Pasadena Monkhill Treatment Plant Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in October 2012. As part of the ceremony, the Civiltec Design Team was recognized for their engineering expertise and construction management capabilities. The ceremony was attended by City of Pasadena Officials, NASA Officials and Congressman, Adam Schiff.
