Civiltec will be a Platinum Sponsor for the 5th consecutive year at the 2015 CUEMA Leadership Summit in September at the San Diego Resort & Spa. David Byrum and Shem Hawes will attend, and Shem will also participate in the Summit’s golf tournament.
The CUEMA Leadership Summit brings together California’s mid-to-top level managers for water/wastewater agencies and public works directors and provides an opportunity for these executives to network and share both ideas and success stories with their peers. “The CUEMA Leadership Summit focuses more on personal & organizational development,” said CUEMA Executive Director Ken Deck. “I know our attendees will especially appreciate our educational sessions this year on Win-Win Conflict Resolution, Workforce Development, and Anatomy of Today’s Board Room.”
