Vision – Professional eye care is included with our Medical Plan, and is provided through the ACEC Life/Health Trust by Vision Service Plan (VSP). VSP is one of the leading managed vision and eye care companies, and offers one of the most extensive networks of independent, private service providers in the nation. Through VSP, Civiltec employees are entitled to receive routine eye exams, frames, and lenses at significant savings when using VSP network doctors.
Group Life/ADD Insurance – Civiltec provides basic life, and accidental death and dismemberment (ADD) insurance for full-time employees after a 90-day introductory period at no cost to the employee, with optional supplemental coverage for employees and dependents.
Group Disability Insurance – Short-term and long-term disability are offered to full-time employees at no cost to the employee.
Service/Tenure Recognition – Civiltec especially values and cherishes the contributions of those employees who have dedicated many years of service to our company, and we’re proud to show our gratitude and recognition. One, five, ten, twenty and thirty year tenure awards are presented at the annual end-of-year celebration held each December. |
