Our benefits program highlights include the following:

 401(k) Plan – Civiltec is committed to helping our employees plan for a secure future. Full-time employees are eligible after 1 (one) year of service for this highly competitive retirement savings plan. The plan includes provisions for company-matching contributions.

 Paid Holidays – Civiltec provides seven paid holidays each year. Paid holidays become effective for non-exempt employees upon completion of a 90-day introductory period.

 Paid Time Off – You know best how to spend your paid time off. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) program provides you with the flexibility you need. Full time employees become eligible to take PTO after 90 days of service, and accrue 15 annual PTO days - sick or vacation - with five years or less of service. Your PTO days increase after five years of service, to a maximum of 25 PTO days after 10 years of service.
