Project Type: Transportation Engineering

This project included the development of an Improvement District along Hwy 69 for the improvements of a new frontage roadway and parking to access shopping and existing commercial business.  This project involved the coordination with Landscape Architects to enhance the aesthetics along the main corridor within the Town of Prescott Valley.  Other improvements along the corridor included raised speed tables to slow traffic and to allow pedestrians a safe crossing zone.  Along with preparing the construction plans for this project Civiltec was also responsible for the preparation of the contract bid documents, specifications, recommendation to award a contractor, construction observation, and construction survey.
